Maybe should have read comments first, but like Catherine I completed the survey and there was nothing to indicate that contact details should be entered and no indication it was the last page of the survey

I did the survey but they didn’t take my email address so I’ve got no way of winning any tix… as mentioned below, but I’ve only just read it after doing the quiz…
Just like Cath, I’ve just entered my results for the above questionnaire, it says that i’ll be entered into a draw, but there was no place to enter my email and no comments box on the final page. Infact the final page was blank. I guess it’s a loading problem. Can I still be put into the draw though please!!!
