Brisfest is built by hundreds of volunteers, all giving their time for free to create Bristol’s community festival. You can get involved in one of two ways; helping to plan it throughout the year, or just helping during the event and the set up/packdown.

If you’re interested in joining the year-round  planning team please email getinvolved@brisfest.co.uk for details of our next induction evening.

Or you could help to make it all come together by building the site, running the event and clearing it all away again afterwards, by volunteering just over the festival itself. All volunteers get tickets to the whole event, a free t-shirt, entrance to the VIP area all weekend… and warm fuzzy feeling! It’s a great way to get more experience, enhance a CV, meet people or give something back, plus lots of fun! Roles include site build, gate teams, stewards, stage teams, artist liaison, and roadies. We’ll announce when we are open for applications for event volunteers so watch this space.

Useful Info:  The dates for the event are Saturday 21st September (midday-midnight) and Sunday 22nd September (midday-11pm). The event is a ticketed festival for approximately 20,000 people each day, held at Ashton Court Estate; SSSI parkland within walking distance of Bristol City Centre.
